And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding,

will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Philippians 4:7

We live in troubled times, and it’s hard to be at peace amidst all the chaos around us. When we are faced with all this uncertainty, there is one truth we can cling to: we are promised peace that transcends all understanding. God offers us peace, regardless of what is happening in the world and in our own lives. I am thankful for that peace; without it I would not have made it through the challenges of loss and grief. I can count on the peace that God offers no matter the circumstances.
